Looks great and works as advertised. The 7-foot shelf is a workout to install but I did it single-handedly at about 6 feet high. Whew! I suspect the shorter shelves, paradoxically, are weaker and more likely to sag because they cannot anchor very well, especially if there's only one stud in their span. The Youtube installation video shows how to make a "shim" to counter this, though to install the shim I will have to fully take down the 3-foot shelf, so I'd recommend building in a shim (in a stud) during installation just in case, especially for the shelves with short widths and long depths (my 3-foot shelf is 16" deep). So far I've installed a 7-foot and a 3-foot and am using them for my most treasured books, and they look and feel fab in the space. I plan to add more, and may inquire about custom sizes to fill in odd gaps. Good stuff, Urbandi!

Love the shelves! The 36" shelves are a great length, 8" deep perfect for Lego displays or awards etc. 10" one we got were great for books l, stacked or with bookends. The instructions were a little light but we were good. Shelves are good quality, solid and a good weight. Make sure you hit at least one stud with a top screw if possible. Color is special t on to the images. They look great!

The 84" was a beast to install but it went in well and looks great! Def need to hit the studs so make sure you have painters tape, a pencil and a stud finder to line up your screw locations! Great looking shelves

You guys do a great job with only one caveat . The holes in the hanging bracket should allow for a more varied measurement tolerance . I was unable to hit a stud because turned one way or the other it was off . The screw grooves should be at one inch apart instead of two. Tremendous product though . Measure and finish top notch!

I went with the Rustic Floating Jacobean (7'x12") to put my very best - no you may not borrow them! - books above my bed. The shelf looks and feels (in the space in a vibe kinda way) great, and if it ever falls on my head while I sleep it will crush me, but so far so good! I will ask the folks at Urbandi whether they can make a custom kitty ramp so the cat can perch up there with the first editions and keep an eye on them to keep them safe from borrowers.

The shelves look very nice but unfortunately the brackets are no good. We had the shelves installed today by professionals and some of the shelves are leaning forward. Anything we put on them will roll off. The installer said that these brackets are no good for those shelves. Need to improve this.

Unfortunately, this shelf arrived with some sort of gouge along the back edge. If you look closely at where the pencil is pointed, you can see some sort of square shaped notch that is missing from the plank. It looks like some sort of machine caused this. I did not expect to see this sort of sloppy craftsmanship from your company. Would you consider some sort of reimbursement for this damaged good? I am not in a position to send this back and I have no more time with my contractor and the shelf must be installed as is. Thank you.

Unfortunately the box was not well packaged and the corners of the shelf were damaged. (See last photo of the box with the padding- there is nothing in the corners). I don't know if it was damaged in shipment or delivery, but you can clearly see where the corners of the shelf got crunched. I paid a lot of money for these shelves and I am very disappointed in the product. It should have been packaged better. Would you consider some sort of reimbursement for this damage? I am not going to return them as I am out of time with my contractor and he must install them as is.

The shelves look like they are half stained or only have one coat of stain on them. The stain in spotty and the quality of the wood is poor.

The shelves looked great, but they aren't strong at all and there is NO way it will hold the 40lbs per stud they promised. My contractor put screws in TWO studs plus added the drywall anchors and they are still rocking. It might be good for displaying photos, but I am going to throw them away since they can't hold the bowls/glasses I originally bought them for. Giant bummer

Great looking shelf, make sure to use enough anchors to mount to the wall. Ours was 60” long so more anchors than what was provided were needed to keep the shelf from sagging.

We first ordered a 'walnut floating shelf' and although it was a beautiful shelf, it was too 'red' for the walnut floor in the area we were decorating. We then ordered this 'rustic floating shelf' in the 'jacobean' color and it is absolutely amazing. The color is perfect and it was easy to install. Looks fantastic. Great quality shelves. I gave them a 4 out of 5 rating because I was dissapointed with the lack of hardware supplied to install. The shelves are heavy and you will need more than 2 drywall anchors if you cannot screw to studs.
I would have given them a 5 rating if they included more than 2 anchors to install the shelves.

the shelf only brought 4 nails. they ripped right out of the wall because the shelf was too heavy. i had to get my own nails to secure the frame into the wall. would’ve been nice to receive a full set of nails.

Not happy and will be returning product. Ordered unfinished shelving (3 of the 24” size). The pine wood is construction grade lumber full of knots, several of which are on the edges. The knots were bad enough that they would not cover well with a light paint color or would bleed through paint. Also likely to affect geometry of shelves over time. The standard for this lumber should be made clear on the web site.

Piece was packed well and arrived in perfect condition, installation was super easy for one person (even with the 66" shelf) and it looks fantastic on the wall. The bracket / hanging hardware was great in its flexibility for where you can screw it into the wall, so mine was able to be anchored entirely in existing wall studs.
