I am happy to see this - it’s just as pretty as pictured but the package was damaged (looks like a taped on extended cardboard end came loose) and the corners on 1 end of wood shelf are dinged up - also 1 of the metal brackets got loose and left indents in the wood shelf that is not part of the rustic look. The brackets are painted black and when you use the screwdriver to add screws the paint comes off-

The shelf is strong and beautiful. The shelf doesn’t sit perfectly flush against the brackets front to back but maybe my wall is curved or something. I will order another one.

The two shelves I ordered look great and I'm happy to have purchased them. That said, there were scratches on one face of one of the shelves, and one of the four brackets was slightly bent and scratched. Not sure if this was a packaging issue or prior to shipment. Also, the directions referred to included screws, but there weren't any included. Not a big deal, they still function perfectly and the flaws are hidden, but that's why only 4 instead of 5 stars.

This is quality work. I now have 7 of their shelves in 3 different stains - ranging from 66" floating to 20" J bracket. They are VERY well made. Beautiful stains. All of the hardware is heavy duty. You can't lose ordering these shelves.
The large floating shelves are the easiest I have ever installed. Their mounting design is awesome.
Shipping was timely and all shelves were packaged really well (even if I detest styro-foam. Haaa)

I would give this a better review if the quality control had caught this before it got all the way to me. If you look at the top shelf, it looks like it had a mishap in the wood planer. I had to flip the big woopsie to the top because it fell right where I needed the brackets. The end result is a shelf that is not flat. Not a huge deal, but for the money I would expect a little better product. That being said I did not reach out and try to get it replaced because I had deadlines to make and just simply don’t have the time to mess with it. If you get a quality board you should be pretty happy with the end results. They do look very nice. The last thing I have to note is I would definitely not hang them with the included hardware if you are planning on using them for holding anything with some weight such as dishes and glasses. They supplied short and long drywall screws and anchors and the head of the screw were just barely slightly bigger than the holes in the brackets. Other than that, they are attractive looking units. Sorry for the 3 star but quality control just wasn’t there for me.
