The shelves are beautiful and are exactly what we wanted. We ordered samples ahead of time, which was very helpful. We decided on the Jacobean stain to match the dark cabinets. Having said that, I will urge caution about the drywall anchors they provided. The anchors were the wrong size for the screws. Argh!!! Unfortunately, we did not know that until the anchors were already in the wall and the screws wouldn’t fit. We had to pull the anchors out and use our own anchors and screws. It left our wall with large holes (which you can’t see b/c it’s behind the bracket). Hopefully we never have to remove these shelves!!

Prefab drilled holes are a plus for locating studs in the desired wall space.
I'm not contractor but am pretty handy at small stuff like installing these shelves. I did have a problem with getting the screws all the way home, even after pre-drilling a tap hole. Same thing happened with the dry wall anchor when i decided to switch securing hole. Phillips bit was able to strip the head of the screw way to easily for anything I've seen before. Might want to beef up the install screw metal.
Otherwise really nice, product, thanks for the easy return when i originally sized it wrong, the 10" depth fits the space much better. Wood grain, stain, and install components all great.

Had very experienced carpenter/handyman install them today. He said they were among the best he's ever seen, and he's seen many. The mounting brackets are sturdy and don't require any additional screws to keep the wood mounted on the bracket. We're very pleased.

The product is well designed. We've ordered them before and have two in our bathroom and love them. This was for our nursery.
However, the stain was uneven on one side and it looks like their sander got a little heavy in to the wood on one side making a side of the shelf uneven.
It was for our nursery and we didn't really want to wait to exchange it. We could live with the imperfections, but the craftsmanship on this particular piece was as little sloppy. The others we got were perfect though.

We needed six floating shelves, but didn’t want to order all six before we had a chance to see what they looked like. We ended up ordering one 54” x 10” x 2” aged oak shelf and it looked perfect for our house. It isn’t installed yet, but the order came on time, it is high quality, and the mounting hardware looks to be very sturdy. We will be ordering the other five soon.

Love, love, love my new shelves. Top notch quality. Was getting a bathroom remodeled, the shelves came when the men were here so they put them up for me. They were up in less than 20 minutes. I ordered the 8”x 60”. They were cut to 58” and 57 1/2” at no additional charge. I had two curios in that area. I’m older now. I’m downsizing the “stuff” in my house. Tired of taking those glass shelves out those curios to clean. I have 6 large house plants that I put out during the summer months. They will be placed on stands under the shelves. I plan to order a mantel shelf to put in that middle section. You will not go wrong these. And the price point was great for the quality. Everyone loves them.

Brackets for the 10 inch shelves and a little flimsy. If you mount the brackets level the shelf with sag when you slide it on the bracket.

I love my new shelves! We ordered 3 for our kitchen. Convenient to install. Great customer service. There was an issue with the hole alignment drilled for the bracket posts on one shelf. I contacted customer service and received a replacement shelf in a timely manner and a label to send back the incorrect shelf. Clearly, this small business loves its customers. Wish there was a way to secure the shelf to the brace. Currently it just slides on. A security bit underneath the shelf to the mount would make this 5 stars. Otherwise the finish and quality is superb
