The coloring was much more yellow than was shown on the website when placing my order. Also, the overall coloring of each shelf varies significantly. Lastly, they are not the same length. I ordered the Modern 3# floating shelves and they are rustic, not modern.

The last piece/shelf arrived and was installed today. The photos show all of the Urbandi shelves and mantle that we purchased. Finally, our 22ft. vaulted wall is finally complete. We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of these shelves.
The pictures don’t do them justice, as they make the whole room feel grand and elegant! Our great room will be complete once our new furniture and window treatments are delivered. Absolutely love the shelving! We will be purchasing a few more for the basement living space.

The shelf was beautiful. The problems is with the communication by staff.
Every time I asked what the status of my order was they kept saying it will ship from 10 to 17 days. It didn't ship until the 17th day. It took over 3 weeks from when I placed the order when I finally received it even though I kept getting emails initially indicating my order was in production then 3 days later if was sent to finishing. After that the statuses stopped coming.

Our 1950's home needed many updates. We graywashed the fireplace and needed some warmth. The fireplace beam did the job! We loved it so much that we bought another for the kitchen. (And will be purchasing more for batheoom soon!) My husband drilled holes and put lights in the ktchen beam which is gorgeous! Not only were the beams perfect, but customer service as well! One beam had to be returned/exchanged. Not a problem, and we're super happy with the entire experience.

Great looking shelf. The bracket is made from cheap, soft wood so im not sure how well the shelf will hold up as it doesn’t feel super sturdy. The brackets on one were misaligned (bad build quality) leading to a crooked install so i built my own (much sturdier). Shelves look great, I’d source brackets from elsewhere

Worth the wait! I had been checking these shelves out for a while as the final finishing touch to our newly remodeled media lounge. I was looking for a new look for a small bathroom I remodeled and wanted a very open look to expand the space. After consolidating way too many cosmetics, I knew I was ready for floating shelves, and knew I could hide the small, loose items in baskets.
I found these shelves in a simple search and attracted to the real wood, the thickness, and the stain.
I am really happy with how they turned out and how they look installed. Only slight complaint is they could have used a final fine sanding before shipping, but they are 'rustic', after all.

The mounting holes weren’t pre-drilled, a corner was slightly chipped, and a hole was apparently filled with a resin to keep shape. We mounted the shelf with the chip on the bottom corner since we felt it wasn’t going to be too noticeable once we used a cabinet marker to fill it in, but we didn’t notice the resin until after it was mounted. Disappointed to see it filled since it was so expensive a piece

I really don't know how to describe the disappointment I feel in spending the money we spent on these shelves for the quality of the products. Joints/edges not flush. The face is not flush, it is butted against the body leaving the edges visible. Nails are used but skipped in area's that should have them. The finish is so rough it pulls fibers off the dusting cloth. I would NOT recommend these shelves. It is necessary for me to spend quite a bit of time/labor to make these shelves usable. Truely disappointed.

Since I did not order (4) 24" shelves which I received, I ordered (2) 48" shelves I am extremely disappointed.
First the shelves delivery kept getting pushed. Then I received the wrong shelves and not the support team wants me to take this heavy box to a UPS store and send them back to correct their mistake. I have requested that they schedule a pick up but have not received a response. When I called customer service number they were not helpful or knowledgeable. Really disappointed in this experience. The shelves seem nice, but not worth the hassle.

Great product and great service. Delivered earlier than promised, despite the production delay. Support agent answered all of my email questions thoroughly, even providing the installation instructions. The shelves are finely crafted and very good quality. The installation wasn't very difficult. My bracket was made of wood and came with all of the screws needed. Pro tip: if you are using a wooden bracket, it helps to drill pilot holes so that you do not crack the wood.

Took about 3 weeks to be delivered. The bracket is made out of wood, not sure how much weight it can hold. It does have a dent which is somewhat disappointing but the shelf is nice, serves its purpose and looks high end.

It is a beautiful, floating shelf, however, I was misled by the quantity. Because there are two pictured and it says plural “shelves” in the description. So I received one shelf when I thought I had ordered two. This was my mistake, changing the listings on your website, or making it more obvious would definitely help.
