Beautiful wood. I really liked the quality of my shelf that I ordered to go above the toliet in my bathroom. Unfortunately, it is too thick (I know that should be a good thing) and looks too heavy in my little bathroom. But that is totally my fault for not visualizing that in advance of ordering.

Beautiful, high quality shelves. Responsive customer service and fast delivery. After dealing with another manufacturer for weeks, we switched to Urbandi and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up doing the finished floating maple shelves (30"x10" and 48"x10").
These would've been 5 stars, but two of our shelves had had a significant amount of heartwood (dark brown wood). I usually love variations in wood grain but I would've preferred the shelves be a bit more uniform. All other shelves the grain was perfect. We were in a rush to finish so we just installed those shelves higher up and you'd never know the difference.

The shelves are pretty but installation is not fun. The instructions and video don't provide much help. There is no guidance on drill bit sizing or how to use the anchors. It's impossible to put both the bottom screw and the top screw into a stud. I got one of my two installed and I'm dreading trying the second one. Already stripped a screw and ruined an anchor. Plus have to patch the hole in the wall where I must not have used the anchor correctly.

Shelf is gorgeous and the bracket is sturdy. The screws that come with the shelf are absolute trash — disappointing that you pay for a premium product like this and get low grade hardware to hang it. I would recommend buying some screws from a hardware store before it arrives

The shelves are attractive. However, the shelves arrived dirty like they had not had a tack rag cleaning them so like they came right off the saw table not wall ready at all. The wall bracket could be less flex - just really flimsy. And more forgiving in terms of holes to find studs and hang. One of the 4 shelves is not square but we put it up as a top shelf so one cannot notice. So unfortunate for such an expensive purchase.

Very good shelves 24x12, would recommend, note for reference the shelves are heavy. I only had one stud in the wall to fasten to, I also used the 2 anchor screws provided. That was not enough to support the shelves. The mounting bracket has additional screw slots, I used additional 12 toggle bolts (3/16") per shelf and that fastened the shelf to the wall very well.

Beautiful unfinished shelf. I’m returning it because I thought I was buying two shelves for $160. Too expensive for one shelf that I still have to finish. I also barely opened the box but I get to pay a 15% restocking fee which I don’t think is fair when I’m already paying $11 to ship it back. Overall I would not recommend or order from this company again.

These are 78" (!!) long floating maple shelves, and they. are. gorgeous! I was surprised, and maybe I should have known, to find that these are solid wood. I was expecting the shelves to be at least somewhat hollow. Nope. Each shelf is itself beautiful furniture, and I write this review to ask forgiveness for putting my volumes of books on these shelves so that so much of the beauty is covered over.
I want to make clear that I gave the shelves extra support toward the front edge on each end. I have L-braces screwed into studs supporting the shelves. Otherwise, the books are much too heavy. I think the description says 40 lbs per stud. With just three studs, the lower shelves have 80+ lbs per stud. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to order these beauties all over again, though that poor UPS driver had quite a heavy load. ;-)

The shelves are very nice looking. It's what I expected for the price. The mounting brackets are very sturdy, and look to be well constructed. It's what I expected for the price. But........either, one of the bracket rods was welded incorrectly, or one of the holes drilled in the shelf was off angle. It took some time and effort to modify enough so that the shelf was level. Not what I expected for the price.

Shelves are ok, but after installing them on the wall they are not stable, there’s quite a bit of movement in them, brackets on the bottom seem to be needed to keep them from moving. They also seem to be sagging. We’d hoped to use these as open shelves in our kitchen but are putting them somewhere else instead since they are not as solid once installed as we’d expect them to be.

I ordered 2 boxes of the product "Black and White Maple Floating Shelves" in two different sizes, both in the "White" option from their ordering page on the website. 14 days after the order was confirmed, I received 2 boxes in 2 different colors, one white, one black. On cursory inspection, it also looks like one of the metal supports is bent slightly. I will write a followup email to report on how Customer Service responds and how quickly.

We got finished floating shelves size 60x8 and 38x8 in maple. There is some slight variation between the two pieces, but love how they turned out overall. Fairly easy to install once you can find the studs in the wall.

Received well packaged and wood appears sturdy and looks great. Hardware is different from advertised and from instructions which show center holes. No center holes and each one had different spacing between screw slots. On was close so could get screws in same stud, other too far to get two screws in a stud. Hardware varies from shelf to shelf so requires different measurements and alignment for each in attempting to hit studs. Studs required as boards very heavy if you plan to have any weight on these. Very difficult to line up ends as seen in pictures because of variations in hardware. Tough to get shelves level and not appear sagging. These are on a flat and level wall. Will need to go back and adjust middle one again. Looks nice, not as expected

Nicely made shelves and mounting units. Dimensions were spot on, the lamination (10" wide shelf) well done, finishing is solid. Mounting brackets are easy to use and sturdy. Good value product.
The only letdown is the slightly poor mounting hardware. The number and quality of screws/anchors left something to be desired. Including something like 6 quality screws and anchors per shelf (rather than 8 screws for 6' of heavy shelving) would be a minimal cost and improve customer experience.
