The shelves have imperfections in the grain, and are very heavy. The hardware sent to hold them is flimsy and inadequate to holds the shelves without drilling into the wall many times. Reaching out for support is slow, therefore relying on their help and demands to engage did not help us resolve the issue.

We purchased the shelves for our vacation home in Maine. I installed them this past week and found the installation to be very straightforward. I especially like the quality and heft of the hanging brackets. The natural finish Ash shelves are perfect in our kitchen/dining area and blends well with our pine ceilings and oak floors. I am very pleased with the look and quality of the product and would recommend them to anyone interested.

Rather disappointed that this was shipped to us in this condition. We can fully accept that wood has natural inconsistencies that are part of the beauty, but the issues we see here are not "natural" but rather damage and flaws from mishandling the materials. Really a shame.

Beautiful quality. Arrived quickly, with excellent packaging for protection. I got the 12” deep floating shelves, at 66” long, so they were quite heavy. I installed them with heavy wood screws at 2-1/2” long into the studs to be on the safe side. Both shelves initially sagged downward once I slid the shelves onto the brackets, so I needed to shim the bottom edge of the bracket with additional screws as shown in the installation video. That worked. The downside to that technique is that to get the perfect amount of shim protusion, I had to repetitively remove every single screw to access the shim screws to either tighten or loosen. But overall it was a useful technique and the shelves look amazing!

Love how easy these were to install. The holes could be drilled a little deeper in the shelf so the bracket lays flush. There is a slight gap against the wall and the shelf. The color options are great, a perfect match to what we were looking for.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and Laundry room. After the cabinets were installed my wife realized that she did not have a place to hang up clothes that she wanted to air dry. We got a price for a shelf from the cabinet maker but the price was over $1,000. My wife had seen a floating shelf in an advertisement, so I researched the internet on what was available. I felt that your product was the best for our application. I purchased the unfinished shelf and then painted the shelf to match the cabinets in our laundry room. It was very easy to install - just follow the directions.
The only recommendation I would make to add to the directions is that prior to installing the metal bracket, is to wipe it down the metal bracket with paint thinner or a similar product to remove the oil film. As I handled the metal bracket to install, it I got an oil film on my hands and then got finger prints on the shelf and other items that I had touched, then I had to spend time cleaning them.

These shelves are beautiful and the hardware looks really sturdy. We were especially looking for shelves with this specific kind of hardware and were glad these fit the bill and were a fair price. The ash color is nice with a pleasing amount of variation. One thing is that there is a bit of tear-out near the back of one of our four shelves, near the bracket. Maybe this happened toward the end of production, when the shelf was being routed, and it wasn't noticed. It's unfortunate and quality control should have caught it, but we have decided we will keep it as it isn't in a very noticeable spot.

Shelves were shipped out quickly and are beautiful. They are very heavy because they are a solid piece of wood rather than a built box. Installation process was pretty smooth and my husband was able to do it in a few hours over top of tile. Assuming they hold weight ok we will be very happy. Love the look. Quality is great. This shelf is very heavy duty and well made. It is gorgeous and I am very happy with it. My only criticism is that the installation hardware provided is cheap and not enough to handle the weight of this very heavy shelf (48" x 10"). I had to mount the shelf three times before I could get it right- I have mounted similar shelves before including a 48" x 6" urbandi shelf and have never had this much trouble. The mounting bracket is also so snug inside the shelf that trying to slide the shelf off of it (after the first two installs failed) was very difficult and almost ripped the entire bracket out of my wall.

As expected the beautiful 24 inch solid ash shelves were quite heavy and the medal bracket is very solid. It goes together perfectly. My recommendation would be - be cautious of a shelf long enough to require more than 2 support points unless you are sure your wall is flat and solid. My wall was not quite flat and once I anchored the wall bracket it had a slight bend in it and required adjusting for the shelf to slide on. Also, I would not feel comfortable with the weight of these shelves unless the bracket is anchored into at least two wall studs.
