I wanted to like my purchase, as the cutting board itself is exceptional quality, but the overall experience was disappointing. The laser engraving didn’t meet my expectations—I requested a smaller logo in the lower right corner and offered to clarify if needed, but no one followed up. I’m left with a family name (looks nice) that sits too high above the cutting boards side and a logo that looks much too large; it was meant to be an underline beneath the family name. Despite contacting Urbandi’s support starting in November for a Christmas gift, the item arrived well after the holiday. Although I was promised a 3-day lead time and even paid an $80 expedite fee, the board still shipped late. The fee was refunded after I complained, but the poor communication and unmet promises made the experience a frustrating hassle. In hindsight, I regret not opting for a simpler engraving. While the product quality is great, the service fell far short.

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my son. This is a beautiful cutting board. Very heavy and looks amazing. He hasn't had a chance to use it yet, but will update in a few months when I get his feedback.

This is a beautiful cutting board, solid and well made. Just a tad darker than i thought it would be, so the engraving doesn't show as well but it's not the main feature so I would have given it 4.5 stars because of that. its been gift wrapped, or I would have included a picture!

When I opened the box I was amazed at the depth of color and craftsmanship of the board. It was beautiful and just the right size. Actually it sat on my counter for a few days because I couldn't bring myself to put a knife to it. The walnut wood is excellent and the color is terrific. I have to mention the value this board represents as walnut boards are generally very expensive and this is an excellent value. I have had people comment when they see it as it can be a focal point on your counter.
